Administration Joomla! 4.x • Re: Problem with contact form / test emails

I have a similar problem. I set configuration to PHP and it didn't work. I called GoDaddy and used the smtp settings. Joomla test said it worked but message was not received. I am using Gmail address in global server configuration.
What is my next step in troubleshooting?
